I colocated four servers with Nodestop and cancelled the service on January 12, 2026, asking for all four to be shipped back to me. Two were returned in February 2026. As of September 2026, the other two (my Secaucus units) still have not been shipped. I first requested their return on January 12, 2026 (ticket #080241), and followed up repeatedly in the months since, most recently in ticket #369326, which is still open. When the earlier requests produced no result, I sent a formal written demand on June 16, 2026. Since then I have received several assurances from their team that the servers were assigned to shipping and would go out, but to date there has been no shipment and no tracking. My account is in good standing with no outstanding balance, and the servers are fully paid for. I have been patient and have tried repeatedly to resolve this directly and cooperatively. I'm posting this to factually document my experience. If Nodestop returns my two servers, I will gladly update this review to reflect a positive resolution.

Great service and really quick. I got my server within minutes of ordering. Pings and insanely fast and port speed is as per description. Will buy more when back in stock.

Amazing customer service, and always deliver on time!

I was a satisfied Nodestop customer for almost 2 years — they were communicative, helpful, and assisted me in purchasing and colocating 5 servers. That relationship completely fell apart the moment I asked for my servers back. Since October 20, 2025 — over 7 months ago — I have been trying to get my remaining 4 servers shipped back to me. I own them free and clear with no outstanding balance. Only 1 of 5 has been returned. The pattern has been the same every time: silence, then a response saying "they'll ship by end of week, sorry for the delay" — and then nothing. No shipping confirmation, no tracking number, no follow-up. This happened on March 23, 2026. It happened again on May 1, 2026. EOW comes and goes and I hear nothing. At this point they are in possession of 4 servers I own outright and are refusing to return them. What started as a great partnership has turned into what I can only describe as theft by another name. If you are considering colocating with Nodestop, please think carefully. The service works fine — until you want your hardware back.

I would give 0 stars if i could. This company is 100% scamming you, and they do it selectively. I used them for 6 months prior with some intermittent issues and it was fine. But this time around, half way through the 6 months I booked one of their nodes, the service stopped completely, no warning. I file a support ticket that got 0 response in almost 3 weeks. With the lack of response I decide to go to paypal to try to get in contact with the vendor that way, and NodeStop after receiving the request from paypal terminated my account completely. Their reasoning is that I'm doing fraud since I went to paypal. Yeah I'm definitely the one doing fraud, not NodeStop who terminated my service half way through the 6 months and did not respond to support tickets at all. What a spin. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANY REASON! EDIT: This is funny that nodestop's response is regarding a PREVIOUS ISSUE not the one described in the review. The issue they described happened in January, and was resolved. The issue where their service terminated before the end date (which is in august) happened this month! How deceptive of them to link the two issues together in a way that's so misleading. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Unfortunately, this is an unreliable business partner that terminates contracts by not paying. It's a shame that such providers are allowed to operate on the market.

Used them since i started botting in 2022, best vps service and way cheaper then the rest!

The Nodestop team goes beyond and far to help, service is a solid 11/10. No doubt ill order again here
