We have reviewed our inbound call records and customer service records for the period surrounding this review and have been unable to identify an interaction matching the claim that 10 or more calls were made without a response. We take concerns about our responsiveness seriously and would like the opportunity to investigate any legitimate issue. We invite the reviewer to provide the phone number used to contact us, the approximate dates and times of the calls, or any other information that would allow us to locate the interaction in our records. At this time, based on the records available to us, we have been unable to substantiate the experience described in this review.
