I would like to share my experience with Nobl. I bought a smaller carry-on a few years back and got more compliments on its looks. I got the darker green. It has held up like iron and still looks new. The rolling wheels are fabulous and the bag essentially is effortless to roll right along side of you. We are traveling to Europe and decided the luggage choices we already had were not up to snuff to NOBL!! We wanted to go w/ a medium sized checked bag and NOBL is what I had to have!! I bought the Midsized 28" check in bag on line but never received a receipt in my email, which made me think the sale did not go through. Immediately, I ordered another one. When checking my email to see if it went through, I saw BOTH went through and immediately contacted them to cancel the one order and to see what the turn around time was on shipping to my area. While I didn't expect miracles on the shipping, NOBL, Jared and his team made sure and shipped to me priority without charging me. When I discovered it was shipped priority, I wrote them to thank them. I was completely blown away at the prompt responses, attention to detail and just all around kindness exuded in the email. Thank you, NOBL, I shall return as a repeat customer!

I booked the umrah package with their company not even they left me stranded in Pakistan and abandoned me completely but when i wrote a review here they flagged my review and they threatened me that now i will definitely face delays despite of taking the payment in full they are not providing me the return flight nor they have given me any information regarding the visa just making lame excuses Please never hand over your hard earned money to people like this they have ruined my vacation completely and my umrah plan too

I sent my parents and my aunt to Mecca in March. I was hesitant at first about choosing Noble Travels, but I decided to give it a try. Ayaz was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. If I were to travel again, I would most likely choose this agency again. Noble Travel collected all the fees as soon as possible but was never able to provide any timely response or information about our trip. For each and every step, I had to send messages on Whatsapp requesting information. 1.Long Delay at the airport pick up on arrival. 2.Missed few of the Ziyarats in Makkah and Madina 3.No information about Rawdah- we have to scramble to make those 4. Our driver was told to drop us off at Wrong airport at departure, Madina instead of taking us to Jedda. 5.No 5kg Dates during the trip or at departure. Please be careful.
