The staff is very professional
The staff is very professional, well informed about products and friendly. They return answers to my questions in a positive, quick response and knowing they are concern with me as a person and just not a customer. We started the process in May and by June 20th, the whole process was completed. This included transfer, purchasing and dealing with my current traditional IRA in a positive and respectful manner. By June 24th, I received a photo of the purchase of my gold and silver being place in my choice of holding facility for my future retirement plan. I will definitely refer Noble Gold to other potential investors. Thank you for all the help and assistance. Your company has a great staff including Stephen Dhanjal, Becky Foster, Valerie, Lori and all IRA Team working in the Pasadena, CA group
