So I did my due diligence and researched 7 different companies comparable to Noble Gold. I had my standard list of specific fee schedule questions (set up, annual maintenance, transactions, any potential hidden fees, Etc.) . A few of the companies could not give me a direct answers and danced around my questions. Mr Michael Toledo from Noble Gold was completely transparent and answered all of my questions and even follow up with emails to me. The entire Noble Gold Team’s expediting and follow up on my purchases have been great! They are on it, keep you completely up to date on your orders and they even send you pictures of you gold and silver with your info.included. I’m glad I went with Noble Gold!

Noble Gold is very helpful. They take the time to explain options with precious metals. They walk you through each step and even follow up with information about shipment and storage. I have checked with other precious metal brokers and have found Noble Gold Investment to be top notch.

The people I dealt with were fantastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. Dale was my first contact and I can’t speak highly enough of him. I believe it was Paul I dealt with next (please review any email or phone records as I may be incorrect and misremembered his name). But, he too was fantastic and most helpful with my selections and allotment amounts. The reps and customer service is incredible. However, the process to purchase metals and to receive the metals takes a bit of time. The process needs to be quicker. Again the reps and customer is outstanding.
