The people at Noble Gold are great to work with, but they often do forget to tell me things when I am buying metals.

I wish the website showed retail value …
I wish the website did not show only spot price, but if it would show actual retail value as of being updated daily or weekly, that would make it a lot more clear with our total value is at that point in time.

Nobel Gold staff very helpful & responsive
The people I worked with at Nobel Gold we very helpful and responsive. I just wish that the website had more info, detailed info with photos, about the actual gold and silver coins and ingots that I would be choosing from. Overall though, the process went quickly and smoothly.

I was referred to NG by a friend
I was referred to NG by a friend. She had glowing remarks regarding her experience. She was absolutely right. I was hesitant as I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to finances. However, as far as I'm concerned, I got the best agent you have, Micah Haince. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. He stepped me through the whole process with ease. I am very grateful that he will always be my agent. I had some issues getting into my account and Yaquan Blackman helped resolve the issue. She was very helpful and patient. I will definitely highly recommend Noble Gold Investments.

Over the past year I have had probably six transactions with NOBLE GOLD INVESTMENTS, and each time I found them to be courteous and accommodating . The sales rep was more than happy to answer any questions i had... I consider them to be my GO TO people when it comes to precious metals! Good job NGI

I was transferring my IRA account into…
I was transferring my IRA account into precious metals, and this was a new experience for me. I know nothing about finances, especially precious metals. I had to rely on my rep, Kyler Prescott, for everything, and I felt he could be trusted, and I feel I was right. Everyone at Noble was polite, helpful, and responsive. Kyler was always available to answer all my questions and alleviate all of my concerns. The only thing I had a problem with was what commission percentage was never really clear as I would like. I just saw a review by a man stating he was charged 9%. I believe I was charged approximately 10%. This was all I have for retirement, so what’s done is done.

Easy Transaction. I only gave them 4 stars because premiums on gold purchase is way too high, when compared to other dealers

Steve D was great
Steve D was great and the entire process was seamless. He reached out to complete the transaction and the purchase was documented with pictures! Unfortunately, the only way to make a contribution by ACH is if your bank participates in Plaid. If they do not participate, a check must be sent via snail mail, delaying the transaction.
