The entire staff is very helpful, polite, and caring. It's the Best place to take your family for all their dental needs. They keep on top of all procedures and are the most understanding of any medical staff I've met.

When it comes to scheduling and appointments you can do better than what you currently do. The staff does what they are allowed with the current policies. It is a high volume office there should be a varied ways of options for current/long time customers. Please try to go digital for scheduling and bill payments.

DHA has been incompetent in scheduling and service. One of their oral surgeons broke my jaw trying to pull a tooth that was not there. They subsequently tried to blame someone else. They scheduled me with the wrong Dr 4 times in a row. They have "lost" xrays. I've never seen anything like this before.
