I would like the Dr. to pay more attention to the patient!

Fast and friendly staff. Made time to take care of me. Would’ve liked to know how much sensitivity I would be experiencing ahead of time though.

They not always call to remind about follow up visits. We have missed more than 2 times appointments with orthodontist.

As an ex- dental professional I am happy to have found a dental office that exhibits such great caring and offers excellent dental service. I didn't know what to expect on my first visit but went with high standards of what I wanted. I can say DHA met my expectations. The entire staff is very professional. Don't be put off because the equipment is not the newest. I found they have the equipment that matters and which allows them to offer quality dentistry. I recommend them highly especially when asked by previous patients for a referral.

Darrell is five years old they sent him to the adult side and he was not happy. He would not let them examine him. Bad experience the Dr asked the hygienist was he autistic I felt that was very unprofessional of her. If he was it would have been in his chart or me ask his mother would of told her that.

Never again will I use dental health associates, at the Irvington, New Jersey location. Every single time I call and talk to an associate it’s always something different their telling me from the last time. My daughter needs a cap on her tooth. I specifically asked for an appointment on a Tuesday. They give me an appointment on a Tuesday and then change it without even telling me. Also, when I first made the appointment for my daughter, they told me we have to wait for an approval from insurance. A whole month goes by before I called back to see what was going on. The answer they gave me was “ We we’re waiting for you to make an appointment.” My answer was “ So why anyone didn’t call or send an email ?” My daughter needs her dental work done for her school dental records and all this time has gone by. I called today just to re confirm the appointment for a Tuesday. The receptionist on the phone asked for my daughter information, I gave it to her. But then when I explained to her the issue with the appointment, she goes “ they changed the appointment to August 1st at 12pm so what you wanna do ?” I’ve been working in customer service since I was 16 years old the lady that answered the phone had an attitude and that’s not customer service what so ever. Almost everyone in there is rude and disrespectful. If I ever were to use dental health associates again, I will never use this location again!!!!

The wait time is horrible!!!!!! I am currently here now and my daughter appointment was for 9am . It’s currently 10am and we are still waiting. Not to mention I have to pay to park because it’s only 3 parking spots for the dentist . I know the type of insurance I have plays are part because they give multiple people the same time to get more customers. It’s sad and disgusting. If she didn’t have her braces from here I would have found a different dentist a long time ago!

The customer service was excellent, and the dental hygiene takes her time too explained everything to me.
