I agree you selling to your seller dealer because they buy in bulk quantity. However, I feel like a fool going to your prestigious original company website to buy your products believing that buying your products in your platform is quality and fair pricing. What a disappointing fact that in titok platform is selling at $37 half of the price. Maybe, your company will say is a counterfeit product not the real thing I totally agrees it happen nowadays using other people brand On the contrary, it also very much reflected that your company do not have strong legal enforcement to your brand name. Or on my own opinion your company informally allow this practice and close your eye to it. On final note please unscrible me from your nitecore newsletter the i to me is more damaging, not trustworthy information. All I can say is no more nitecore brand for our family Thanks And no thanks

Purchased a Nitecore EDC29 from an authorized seller. The light has a known defect which causes the main switch to fail. The seller, Edisonbright doesn't respond to emails, Nitecore Service tells you to contact Nitecore China, US, who tells you to contact Nitecore Store, who, you guessed it, tells you to contact Nitecore Service in an endless loop of passing the buck. I have had 2 Nitecore flashilights and both failed within weeks. Nitecore, Olight, Fenix, etc. are all Chinese companies that knowingky sell faulty prducts and will not honor their warranties.

I am a military reservist who trusted Nitecore for my tactical gear, but my BP23 Pro suffered a complete zipper failure. Nitecore HQ offered a resolution for the failure (Case #1109679853794433), yet they are now dragging their feet and refusing to follow through with a fair solution. ​They redirected me to their 'Official' AliExpress store, which offered a laughable $10 discount for a failed $150 bag. Nitecore’s 'Lifetime Warranty' is a hollow promise. They ignore final emails and refuse to stand behind their own proposed solutions. If you need gear that actually works and a brand that has integrity, look elsewhere. Absolute failure of customer support.

I've purchased THREE usb a to usb c cables directly from their website for charging their battery banks that have failed within less than a few months of regular use some years ago. With the way they changed how their website looks over time, either my review calling them out on their cable quality was well-hidden, or it was just flat out removed until I logged into my account to publish it AGAIN because it 'magically' disappeared. I have no longer supported them as a business since then. Now, the only cables I see on their website are ones with colored accents on them (yellow/blue).

USELESS. They were incapable to offer service or support for a Nitecore Product. Even though it was purchased from overseas, the local represents NiteCore, but doesn't support them. Noe were they willing to provide a referral to another company who might be capable to provide the repair work needed. USELESS; POOR COMMUNICATORS; Neo-FRAUDULENT in the their representation. Maybe the ACCC needs to look into their practices and failure business and representation model. Look elsewhere for more reputable products that can get the support needed when needed.

Avoid the CW10 fan like the plague as it is no more than overpriced garbage, worth I would say, no more than £10....Threw it straight in the bin as I couldn't be bothered to return it...Almost £50 HOW!!!....I see no responses on here which speaks volumes about Nitecores's customer support or lack thereof!!!!

broke was sent on a wild goose chase for warranty they will not replace your stuff. Over priced , fragile, no warranty do NOT buy from these guys spend your money elsewhere. Here is an update they eventually sent me a warranty replacement , i think only because I made such a fuss even though they sent me a new one I will never deal with this company again.
