NMAC/Nissan Finance is the epitome of…
NMAC/Nissan Finance is the epitome of corporate greed and customer neglect. They slapped me with bogus charges, and when I challenged them, they showed zero interest in resolving the issue. Instead, they rushed to send it to collections, caring nothing about the truth or the customer. This company operates like a machine that sees people as dollar signs, not human beings. In my view, it’s no wonder that Nissan is reportedly struggling financially and potentially facing bankruptcy. When a company treats its customers with such disregard, it’s not surprising that people lose trust and take their business elsewhere. If Nissan is losing support in the U.S. market, my experience makes it clear why: they don’t care about ethics, only squeezing money out of customers. I will never trust them again, and I strongly urge others to stay away.
