We take performance transparency seriously and would like to clarify the context regarding your account history and guarantee eligibility. 12-Month Active Execution Threshold: Our 12-month performance guarantee measures live trading activity across a complete market cycle. Onboarding time is not included in this calculation, which is why the evaluation window begins when live execution officially starts on the account. Strategy Allocation & Volatility: Your account is allocated to our most aggressive fund strategy. High-growth strategies carry higher natural volatility—as demonstrated when your account realized a +50% gain in May—and short-term drawdowns over a 12-week window do not reflect the full picture of an aggressive trading model. Guarantee Commitment: We strictly honor our guarantee terms. As soon as your account reaches the required 12 months of live trading execution, your total performance will be audited against the benchmark, and any applicable guarantee terms will be fully executed. If you wish to lower your account's risk tier to moderate short-term fluctuation while completing your 12-month period, please contact support directly so we can adjust your allocation.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify our policies regarding performance guarantees, software access, and trading fees. Refund Execution & Access Cancellation: We fully honored our performance guarantee by issuing a 100% refund of your software license fee. However, receiving a full refund automatically cancels the service agreement and revokes access to the platform. Requesting a complete refund while insisting on maintaining active access to the software is unreasonable and contrary to standard software licensing practices. Product Efficacy Contradiction: If the software was as completely flawed and underperforming as described, continuing to utilize the platform post-refund would be counterproductive. Once a transaction is fully refunded, access is naturally discontinued. Trading Fees & Market Risk: Our guarantee applies exclusively to our software license fees. As stated in our agreement, live execution costs, third-party brokerage fees, and market losses are non-refundable risks inherent to active trading. We consider this matter resolved following the full refund of your license fee and wish you the best in your trading endeavors.
