I have been using the nira home laser to treat the fine lines and wrinkles on my face, and there is absolute no visible result. This mashine is not worth the money, there are great gadgets on the market, this is not one of them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- Deceptive practices
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
I placed an order on February 8th for a birthday gift, trusting their advertised "5-day delivery." It has now been almost TWO MONTHS, and my order has never arrived.
The customer experience is totally disastrous, and their website is an unprofessional mess. They actively use bait-and-switch tactics: products are listed as "in stock" on the main catalog, but the moment you click on the actual product page, everything is magically "out of stock." Adding to the sheer absurdity of their highly suspicious business model, they run perpetual, non-stop promotions on their site for products they clearly do not have in stock and have no intention of shipping.
To make matters worse, while they completely ignore existing unfulfilled orders, they have the audacity to heavily promote their new "Nira 3" laser. Even more deceptively, they’ve manipulated their reviews by taking over 800 positive reviews originally meant for the Nira 2 and reallocating them to the new Nira 3! This is incredibly misleading for new customers and shows a complete lack of integrity.
The transition between their US and French/European websites is completely botched. If you try to click links for the Nira 3 (which is mysteriously unavailable in Europe), it aggressively redirects you back to the Nira 2. Furthermore, their mobile app is just as disastrous completely botched, buggy, and clearly slapped together in a hurry.
For two entire months, this company has sequestered my money without delivering the product. The founder's entire business model seems to be built on capitalizing on women's insecurities while committing what amounts to legal theft by withholding funds and goods.
Finally, Nira is openly violating European consumer protection laws. Their website explicitly states a 1-year warranty on their devices, blatantly ignoring the mandatory EU legal guarantee of 2 years minimum.
Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Do not fall for their deceptive marketing, fake stock indicators, and perpetual scam sales. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

Not impressed at all
My first issue was having to continually re-pair the device to my phone to track use.
The second issue is that it broke in less than 60 days of use.
The third issue is that customer support is not interested in resolving issues. I’ve had little or no response and definitely no resolution to the issues.
I’ve asked for a refund under the “no quibble’ 90 day guarantee period which has been ignored. I’m waiting for them to contact me to get the refund and return started.

Save Your Money - It Will NOT Last
I consider myself a serious skincare enthusiast. I use devices regularly, I understand maintenance, charging habits, and realistic lifespans. I own multiple devices across price points. Some of those “cheap” devices are still going strong after 5–7 years of regular use.
Enter NIRA, my most expensive skincare device by far. Over $600 for what turned out to be a luxury-priced disposable.
After about a year and a half, the device became completely inoperable. No drops, no misuse, no drama. It lights up when plugged in, does absolutely nothing when unplugged. Translation: dead battery, dead device, dead end.
I contacted NIRA support hoping for, at minimum, a repair option. Surely a premium brand offers battery replacement or servicing, right? Wrong.
Their solution was:
• “Sorry, you’re outside the 1-year warranty.”
• “We can’t repair it.”
• “But hey, here’s 10% off another $600 device!”
Nothing says “we value our customers” like suggesting you rebuy the same product that just failed spectacularly. Bonus points for throwing in “free skincare” to soften the blow, as if serums fix dead hardware.
If you’re deciding between NIRA and literally anything else:
Buy the cheaper device. Buy two. Buy three. You’ll still come out ahead.
NIRA prices itself like luxury tech but behaves like fast fashion electronics. At this price point, a product that dies after 18 months with no repair path isn’t “premium”. It’s just expensive trash wearing a lab coat.

Would give zero stars if I could.
Would give zero stars if I could.
I placed an order in December 2025, during the sales. I asked for delivery after I returned from holiday and was assured it.would be shipped when I got back.
However despite me contacting customers sevices, several times, they have not despatched my shipment, even though they said it was packed for shipment last week.
I won't be ordering from them again and will raise a dispute with my bank.

Slow shipping
They make you spend a ton of money on the laser and then use slow shipping that takes over 10 days.
Customer service doesn't care about it.

ATROCIOUS QUALITY STAY AWAY from this…
ATROCIOUS QUALITY STAY AWAY from this scam of a company!
After paying over $700 including shipping the fan in the device stopped working in less than 2 years. I only wish i would have read previous reviews before I purchased it. I will make sure to comment under every post on YouTube and instagram to warn other people.
All you get from customer care is an offer of a 10% discount! So they basically want to trick you into spending thousands of dollars over and over. This truly sounds like a deliberate scam. Horrible company!
