Product didn't work, I'm in the process of trying to get a refund as it's within the three month money back guarantee period but being ignored by the company. Trying to get the money back via my bank now AVOID.

I recently had an issue with my Nira Pro, after nearly 2 years of flawless performance. I contacted Customer Support and received a prompt and kind response from Brenda. She followed through for me and resolved the issue quickly. I very grateful for the replacement device and Brenda's kind assistance! Thank you again!

Although I’ve had some issues with the lasers the customer service has been excellent. Brenda has been an absolute star from start to finish with resolving the problems. Polite, helpful, informative and an all round fabulous customer service representative. Thank you for your help Brenda.

Extraordinary customer service. I have both the NIRA Precision Laser and the NIRA Pro 3. After about a year of use, I had minor problems with each. The company replaced both quickly, no questions asked. Both help maintain the benefits of Sofwave treatments and keep my skin looking plump and firm. Great products and great customer service.

There is something wrong with their Pro 3 devices. I used to have the 2nd gen Pro and it was great, absolutely no issues. Once I upgraded to the Pro 3, it's been nothing but hardware failures. Customer service has been responsive and have send me 2 replacements, both have failed. My 2nd replacement has now failed after less than a month of use. It shuts off after 1 minute and you can tell that there's something wrong with the fan and the device isn't generating heat. I wonder if they are giving me replacements that have been refurbished.

Worst experience ever! Approximately a week after receiving both the pro and the precision, the pro would not fire. I returned the pro for a replacement after an agonizing time to get them to exchange. Replacement unit burnt my skin. Asked to return both under 90 day satisfaction guarantee policy. Again, agonizing attempt. Finally got a return label, sent the 2 lasers back and then they LIED claiming I did not return both items and they did not fully refund me. I am so disgusted by the total lack of integrity of this company!!! Total losers!

I got the bundle and they sent no charging cables with it. Obviously no none checks their orders. After asking for them they sent them but didn't put the correct information for the Canada customs so they have not been delivered. I have sent numerous emails and got no response that it has been corrected. Still stuck at customs. You can not call them they don't answer or fix any delivery problems. Terrible company Completely inept customer service

The product results itself is good but has broken so many times... I think in the space of 2-3 years I've had to ask for 6 replacements and on the last one they said that they won't send another. It just broke again two days ago and I just don't want to go down the hassle of getting yet another replacement, I'm looking at other brands
