Love 90.io! I’m a Professional EOS Implementer and all of my clients have been quite happy using it and appreciated their quick accurate client care! Lots of great new features too!

Platform is exceedingly useful for teams committed to implementing EOS, we particularly like the L10 meeting feature, that feature alone is worth the price!!

Good product overall, helpful for working EOS. Main issue right now is that updating records takes a long time (like 5-7 seconds). Maybe it's my geographic location (Vietnam), or maybe it's a database design issue?
Chris
Overall product has seemed to go downhill recently. Several features seem buggy and not consistent (such as dragging order of issues or comments not saving). This has happened fairly regularly to most of our users. The Accountability Chart could use some GUI work to make easier to use and more user friendly.

Hey Chris, Really sorry to hear that. There is good news and bad news. The good news is, we have been experiencing some great growth, but early this year it seemed to outpace our tech stack. We have been working to optimize that as quickly as possible and ensure that never happens again and that there is better speed/performance across the board moving forward. We have already made some improvements throughout January, but through the rest of the quarter it is our #1 priority to ensure those errors do not happen. Sorry again you experienced any trouble - but appreciate the open honest feedback here and we will be sure to deliver better results that hopefully you are already experiencing.

As a fellow developer, I apologize in advance for the rating as I know how it can be hard to receive low ratings. Here are my dislikes and areas for improvements: 1) The tool is frequently incredibly slow. My benchmark for fast is sub 500 ms for the longest action, and when I have to wait for seconds it really agitates me. 2) The Rock and Milestone organization is very clunky. As a leader in the organization, I have Rocks that I want people to roll up under me, but the even with Milestones, it becomes difficult to gain visibility. I have a specific mindset which is how 7geese works. I know it is OKR based (which I do personally prefer), but their alignment is much cleaner 3) The Organization chart has a lot of room for improvement. Adding people into it is very challenging because if consumes so much time to expand the tree, find the person, etc. Having something like a basic 'import from spread sheet' would be handy too. LucidChart has something like this. 4) Looking back to see past headlines and not being able to see the content (i.e. links to documents) is unfortunate because now I cannot reasonably go back and see past headlines. We used to maintain a google sheet of headlines, greying out prior weeks. It was clunky to be sure, but the 'infiniti-scroll feature' was helpful because you could everything in one view Hope it helps 5)

Hey Ken, Appreciate the feedback and we definitely want to improve on each one of these aspects. Getting the application faster is a top priority for our Head of Engineering this quarter, and we've just secured some specific UI/UX help so things like the invite process, milestones, searching on the AC and more should see some usability improvements as well. I'll also present the headline function you express as well and see how we can make sure your past headlines are easily visible. Thanks so much for taking the time to let us know some of these areas and I'm confident we will get you some improvements in the coming months! Please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any further discussion, happy to help.

It's a very helpful program but there are a lot of aspects that don't work properly yet. We haven't made it through a single quarterly/annual meeting that didn't have a major issue. The rock setting feature has never worked for us & the PDF exports look horrible.

Hey, Sorry to hear you have had some trouble during your Quarterly/Annual meetings - I'll follow up with you to try and get some specifics if you are willing and make sure we have those items resolved asap. The good news is we are re-doing all of our PDFs now! Already done with the AC earlier this year, just released the new V/TO a couple weeks ago, and last night released the new Scorecard and Rocks. Next up is the Quarterly export! But appreciate the feedback! Helps us understand our client needs so we can prioritize well!
