NinetyReviews of ninety.io

Without question the best software package we use (and we use many!), and has transformed our business. The product support from the Ninety team is the best I have received from any service provider (not just software) in my 33 years of using such products. They listen to any suggestions for improvement and act swiftly. An absolute gem of a company and brilliant product, I simply cannot recommend highly enough.

I love the way this software works. I encourage my clients to implement EOS using Ninety to a) track their EOS information (rocks, scorecard, to do's, V/TO, headlines...all of it), and b) to coordinate their weekly meetings so there is literally ZERO prep time. Nothing to print or prepare. It tracks time spent on each agenda item. We can talk about features, but what I really love is their customer responsiveness. I ask questions and get quick responses. I've submitted ideas to the community for new features. The system is great, the interface is beautiful...but their support makes it even better.

There are so many areas of high performance for this excellent product and team! Here are my top 5: 1. Ninety.io makes running EOS a dream! The functionality is super easy and smooth. It promotes transparency real-time. 2. It's a time-saver, alignment and communication tool. Provides both synchrounous and asynchronous applications. Keeps everyone on track and measures progress well. Dashboards are amazing. 3. It's a great movitator (Henryx the 'bot' that reminds me of my To Do's) and project task-manager, all in one place. 4. Supports true Level 10 Meetings! 5. The wonderful customer service team! They are responsive, capable and can-do with everything.

The most important tool for my practice I put all of my business coaching clients on Ninety.io because it helps me keep track of their progress and it helps them keep track of all the elements of their company operating system, whether they are using EOS purely or something they have customized

Saves hours for our team/week. No more drive by conversations between meetings, no runaway tangents in meetings. Everyone has clarity on how to be prepared and what will be discussed in meetings. Love this software. I have used the EOS structure in a spreadsheet without Ninety, and it wasn't nearly as effective. Totally worth the investment.

I want to love Ninety.io so badly but is sooooo slow and buggy. It takes forever to load, so much so, that I tend to just write down my to do's and issues on paper and come back to Ninety at a later time. The print Issues list doesn't work correctly. Many other details that need fixing.

Great program. It has already saved us countless hours of work, and it is much, much easier to keep everyone on the same page when all of the information is available to the whole team.

Love the Design and User Interface of Ninety It's made it very easy to apply Traction tools.
