I like this tool for conducting the…
I like this tool for conducting the meetings. The only drawback I see is when we go back to a previous item. For example, during the end of the quarter, we usually wrap up the quarter rocks along with the rest of what needs to be discussed then return to the Rocks to discuss the next quarter. We can do it but it's a little odd to stop at the end prior to concluding the meeting and circle back to the Rocks.

Hi Cindy...thanks for taking the time to share your opinion with others. I am not sure if you are aware or not, but you do have the ability to customize your quarterly meetings on the platform. This will allow you to modify or add a section to meet your needs with the next quarter rock creation. Lagging during videoconference meetings
We use Ninety for our daily standups and weekly L10 meetings. We do this by sharing our screen in a video conference. The lag time for pages to load when moving from page to page gets long, and it interrupts the flow of the meeting.

Hi Jennifer...I am very sorry to hear that you have had issues during your meetings. I did go back and check your history and noticed you did reach out about this once before. We did trouble shoot this with you, but never got any follow up from you when making suggestions. If this happens again please allow my team to work with you to try and figure this out. Its very important to us to make sure your meetings run as smoothly as possible.

Platform is not as intuitive as it once…
Platform is not as intuitive as it once was, removed a lot of useful features to make it traction "Pure". Have already reviewed with the team and was informed that this will not be changing. We are looking for another platform/system because of this. That said I think the tool functions well from a UX and coding perspective, it just lacks good workflow design.

Hi Nicholas and thanks for your review. Ninety.io is committed to making your EOS journey as positive as possible. That being said, we also realize that not every organization can remain completely EOS pure. Some just use the most basic of functions. We have tried to create a platform that allows the best for both. We have added many things that allow the customization that some clients need while still maintaining the EOS vision. I am not sure what tools you think have been removed, because we RARELY do that. But if you would like to reach out to me directly I would be happy to talk about it. The tech is a little clumsy and slow
The tech is a little clumsy and slow. We still have to use a PM system with Ninety because To-Dos do not function as they do in a PM system like Asana. And why is this not in a mobile app? Even more clunky in a mobile web browser.

Great value to our organization
