So glad they brought back cotton t-shirts. The "tri-blend" feels terrible to me. Any sun and heat while wearing those shirts and they turn into the itchiest shirts on the planet. Never should have ditched cotton in the first place, especially for awful synthetic junk. Could have tried Bamboo or Modal/Cotton blend. But at least you can pick the cotton option again. Its hard to believe all the reviews for this company otherwise. I've been using them for several years. Love their tongue in cheek "unofficial" Star Wars shirts. Better than anything Disney will ever make, thats for sure. Rocking the "No Moon Maintenance Crew" shirt right now [Death Star joke, obviously] and its in 100% cotton, wore it all day and no awful itching like the Tri-Blend stuff.

I have been a supporter of Nine Line Apparel since the very beginning, and I cannot say enough positive things about this company. As a proud American, I deeply respect and stand behind the values they represent. Knowing that the company is veteran-owned makes supporting them even more meaningful to me. Over the years I have purchased countless shirts and other items from Nine Line, and the quality has consistently been outstanding. The apparel is comfortable, durable, and well-made, and the designs proudly reflect the values of patriotism, service, and love for this country. It’s the kind of clothing you can wear with genuine pride. What truly sets Nine Line apart is what they stand for. They unapologetically support America, our freedoms, and the men and women who serve and protect this nation. Those are values that matter to me, and it’s why I will continue to support this company in every way I can. I’ve seen some negative reviews online and, frankly, it’s difficult for me to understand them based on my experiences. In my opinion, Nine Line represents the very best of American spirit and entrepreneurship. I will absolutely continue purchasing from them for years to come and proudly wearing what they produce.

Nice shirts. I must have ordered at least 30 shirts. Always the limited edition. But I missed getting the PEW dispenser shirt really cool shirt. Also I would like another Offset Custom shirt if you are reading Nine Line also really cool.

I have purchased multiple items across multiple orders from this company and always received good to high quality products, both in materials and workmanship. To date I have yet to have a shirt wear out or have the printing fade. The one time I had to return an item (nothing wrong with it, it just didn't fit as I'd hoped), they immediately gave me an RMA# and a prepaid return shipping label, without charging me for the return shipping. Excellent. Granted I have only ever dealt with them via email (I've never had to Co tact them any other way as they were appropriately responsive), so I can't speak to other forms of customer service such as the phone line, but I've had nothing but good experience with Nine Line from my very first purchase. My only pripkem is I now have way too many T-shirts! I also have shopped Grunt Style, Warrior XII, Til Valhalla Project, and others and have generally had a good experience, but I have more personal experience with Nine Line and have never felt disappointed in either the product or customer service received.

This was my first order with 9 Line Apparel. I definitely did not have an experience like all these other 1 stars. My order shipped within 5 days of placing it (They do mention this before shipping as well so I wasn't surprised) and when it arrived everything was just as promised. The day back pack is so solid, strong and sleek. I used it on a trip recently and it was perfect. The shirt I bought was buttery soft and the fit was on point. I paid the extra $1 to have it made in the US as well. The fabric wasn't made in the US but it was only a $1 extra. The bonus sweatshirt I got in my order was so nice! It was a grey hoodie with the very cool flag on the back. I will definitely be supporting these folks again. Thanks for the amazing products and everything you did for the United States of America. Don't let a few negative reviews deter you from ordering from this company.I agree that the face masks were not of the highest quality,but I only paid $5 for 10 of them.The shipping was more than that.I have ordered a lot of stuff from this company,and it has been of the highest quality.I ordered a jacket that was on sale,it was defective,and after contacting customer service that day,another jacket arrived to me,before they received the one that I shipped back to them.They are owned and staffed by the men and women that risked their lives to defend our freedom and our rights.Please support the people that are doing their best to keep America strong and free.ALL GAVE SOME,SOME GAVE ALL! I give them all much love and respect.

I have bought several clothing items from this company and absolutely love the merchandise and what the company stands for. Even when I had to get a replacement item, they were very courteous and prompt getting my new item sent to me. Nine Line is second to none!!!
