Hi, We’re sorry that your aircraft model has not arrived within the expected timeframe. Your order was placed during a period of severe typhoon weather, which disrupted international air transport and caused delays in both parcel movement and tracking updates. We have already contacted the logistics provider and requested priority handling for the shipment. Please send your order number to [email protected], and we will provide you with the latest delivery update within 24 hours. If the carrier confirms that the parcel has been lost, we will arrange either a free replacement or a full refund for you. Best wishes, NimoModel
