Thank you for the thoughtful and fair review, Able. We’re glad everything arrived safely, but we completely understand how unsettling it was to see the tracking remain at an early stage. Your order was sent in two separate shipments, and tracking can lag while an international parcel moves between the first-stage carrier, customs, and the destination carrier. Our shipping policy explains that some routes may show little or no movement before customs clearance and the local carrier scan, but we should have explained this more clearly for your specific order instead of leaving you guessing. Thank you for your patience—and we’re glad the surprise delivery was ultimately a good one.

Thank you for the fair review, Joseph. Your order was a custom katana (#4174), placed during our busiest season, so the turnaround ran longer than a ready-made sword. You are right that our communication at that time was not good enough. We have since rebuilt our support workflow so shipment updates and timelines are handled much better. Very glad the finished katana was worth the wait.

Thank you, Cori. We checked order #2921 and can see the engraving issue. A partial refund for the missing engraving was issued on Oct 23, 2025. We are glad you liked the sword itself, and we agree the engraving should not have been missed in the first place.
