Dermatologist sent a Rx to them for some reason. Wanted me to pay through a link via text. I never got the text and was weary of the platform. Looked up the pharmacy they’re claiming to be from and it’s a little hole in the wall pharmacy. Yet they have several different customer service reps working there? Yeah idk seems like a total scam to me. Or at least phishing attempt. I asked them to transfer my meds to a different pharmacy and they said they couldn’t. But how did they get my info anyway? Weird.

Seems super sketchy - doctor sent a prescription there (no idea why they wouldn't just go to CVS like a normal RX). These people have called, texted, and emailed me twice a day to try to get me to pay for a prescription. After the second aggressive follow up I decided they must not be legit, because who does that? They are still calling and texting despite my telling them I am going to pass on this (optional) Rx.

Compared to checking out on the pharmacist site, as I am used to doing, nimblerx is a royal pain.
