Dermatologist sent prescription to them. Dermatologist gave me a coupon to lower cost. I paid $60.00 with discount for my prescription. It was delivered from a pharmacy in a diff tenet city from what I live. About 30 minutes from where I live. I needed a refill but check with my insurance company what the cost would be. My cost through insurance was $0.00. I called the pharmacy on the delivery label, order my prescription, it was delivered and cost me nothing. They billed the insurance company. The pharmacy had my insurance info already. I did not give it to them. Now, did Nimble charge me $60.00 and my insurance paid them 100% for cost of prescription? I will be transferring my next refill to my local pharmacy I use. I did get good, fast service from the pharmacy I called for my refill. Why use them when my local pharmacy is 5 minutes away? Did Nimble add the $60.00 for their coffers/service that I had to pay for? I will never use NimbleRx again.

Paid and ordered prescriptions on line, was delivered to my garage, which is the back of my house. Along with 6 other garages. Never received, called day before surgery. Should be hand delivered, this is medication. Your not amazon

Phishing scam- I'd rate this zero stars if it was an option. Out of the blue, I recieved an email notice with the subject "Notice of Update to Your Authorization". It stated that now, instead of my authorization being good for 3 years, I'd have to send an email to customer support, with the subject"Revoke Authorization", to inactivate my non-existent authorization. I don't have an account. I don't even understand how they got my information in the first place, and absolutely won't be clicking any links.

NimbleRx made getting prescriptions more difficult and more expensive. I have had several problems with delayed prescriptions, lack of information from the pharmacy and higher costs. In one instance i ended up paying over $200 out of pocket because an important prescription couldn't be delivered on time. I have ended up transferring all my prescriptions from the pharmacy to one that doesn't use Nimble

Nothing but a health and medical information/phishing collector, cannot be trusted. Never heard of them, never joined Thier service but somehow they have my health records and expect me to confirm them

Horrible. My dermatologist office called in a prescription for Tretinoin cream to Walgreens and then decided to change it to Nimble. I paid $60 I found out later that with insurance it should have been $10. I called Nimble and At first the person said I could get a refund. She then put me on hold and she told me that I should have told them I wanted them to get pre authorization from my insurance and reneged on the refund. What kind of pharmacy doesn’t go through your insurance to fill a prescription and then blame the customer for their screw up. Never again!

I want option to approve refill, choose to pickup in person, and pay the pharmacist in cash. Piss off with insisting i provide a card, ESPECIALLY IN THIS TIME OF MEDDLING BY THE EVIL BILLIONAIRE BOYS CLUB. Fail to do this and i will continue to call pharmacy directly for refill service and cut not-so nimble rx out of the picture. Got it?

UPDATE: Shortly after my original review I received a reply from Nimblerx. When I replied back to them my email didn't go through again, using their own link. Im sticking with my original review... Complete scam. After setting up, attempted to use one of their coupons. Coupon was coded specifically for the pharmacy, prescription matched, Coupon was for $64 but rang up for $370. Pharmacy was very helpful trying to rerun a number of times. No luck. Coupon is worthless. Tried to connect with Nimblerx per their app, but email was undeliverable. Not sure why directed to use their email when they don't have active email account. Would discourage anyone who needs to find a reasonable price for their prescription NOT to waste your time with Nimblerx. Total scam.
