Fake company. Crap product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. IVE BEEN RIPPED OFF

Total SCAM. Avoid at all cost. Advertise Carbon Fibre wallet, it's cheap plastic worth $2. They don't reply to their emails. Had to lodge a chargeback request to my credit card. I recommend everyone to contact their credit card company and ask for a chargeback if they got caught like me. Product not as described. Total fraud!

I wish that I did a little more investigating before placing my order. Ordered a wallet, supposedly premium leather, well it’s not leather but some cheap material. They claim a hassle free 45-day money back guarantee. I sent them 3 emails asking for a refund, didn’t get no answer. Left a comment under their FB post asking about refund and immediately got blocked from commenting. This place is scam.

Just like the others reviewers here, I ordered this thinking I was getting a premium leather wallet and carbon fiber AirTag keychains. I received the products a month after ordering and the “carbon fiber” keychains are cheap plastic and the leather wallet is not leather, ugly, and completely unlike the pictures on the website. There was no receipt, and no mention of the “Nimalist” company name anywhere on the package, box, or product. I emailed about returning the product multiple times but have heard no response. Besides writing reviews here I recommend future people who have been scammed by this fake company report them to the FTC so they may be banned from committing fraud in the future.

Ordered and never received the wallet. No help from customer service.

No Customer service at all. Company will ignore and delete any bad comments on social media accounts. Comes from china and does not live up to quality in pictures. Not to mention the only 3 Good reviews on this website I was able to cross reference with google and am almost 100% positive they are fake reviews made by the company. Just by a ridge wallet instead or amazon at least if its crap from them they will give a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I bought a wallet and keychain for my husbands birthday. They looked nice in the pictures and I figured at that price range they would be of quality. Wrong! Total crap, I was embarrassed to give it to him but did, and he agreed that it was low quality. Tried to return: 30 days, no hassle. BS, I’ve emailed multiple times with no response. I’ve got my credit card company involved, hopefully they can help, but stay away from this company! Comes from China, delivery time was 10 days longer than originally stated upon purchase, took over 2 weeks. And out over $100 for crap that we can’t even use.

Advertises items as leather but actually cheap plastic pleather. No responses to inquiry about returns even though they clearly state they have “hassle free returns” on their site and have no info on how to complete a return. Scam of a company DO NOT BUY!!!
