I got screwed also. Purchaced a wallet,they were quick to charge my credit card but never sent a receipt or confirmation number or tracking number. Don't waste your time or money like I did.

Received the airtag key holder. It was so cheaply made that it won't even hold the air tag without opening. You can get better quality at the dollar store. Emailed customer service as per their own guidelines with no response after 5 business days. Went on their facebook account and posted a comment, They deleted the comment and have now blocked me. Do NOT purchased from them. Terrible quality, terrible customer service. Currently waiting on hold with my credit card company to see if they will stop the payment.

Buyer beware! Ordered an Air Tag wallet and an Air Tag Keychain but received what appears to be an iPhone plastic cover! I emailed their Customer Support Team on the day of receipt, enclosing photos of the item sent to me & its packaging. I did receive a reply within a few days, apologising, explaining that it was due to “an issue in the logistics sorting centre” and saying they would send a replacement “as soon as possible & you should receive a tracking number soon”. However nothing further has been heard or received, emails are ignored & when I posted details of the issue on their Facebook advert, my comment was deleted and I have been blocked. I am now pursuing a refund via my credit card provider & have reported the advert to Facebook as it should be removed in my experience.

I ordered this wallet on 10/31/2021 and have yet to receive it (11/30/2021). Customer service told me it would be here by 11/27 at the latest. The tracking number shows it left Atlanta on 11/20 meaning it is lost. Customer service refuses to give me a refund.

..even though the website, on the first page, up top, says "hassle free returns". Got the wallet, very difficult to use, clumsy, doesn't hold more than a couple cards and bills. Emailed 3 times over 2 months for return instructions, NO REPLIES. I'll give them a few more days to reply to my last email (11/26/21)... if they don't, I'll simply dispute the charge with the bank.

Horrible! Costs a nice $ and you get cheapy crap from China. Except for the fact that I ordered 2 and only got 1

Compré una cartera para regalo, la web parece buena, muy profesional, los productos aparentemente de buena calidad pero al llegar, que también tuve problemas para recibirlo porque llegó como con 1 mes de retraso, y llegó SIN caja, mal envuelto, aunque es verdad que al menos llegó, pero la cartera deja mucho que desear. Intenté hacer devolución pero ninguna contestación después de varios emails e intentos en su chat. La página web dice que para devolver hay que mirar en la factura pero lo único recibido por correo electrónico no tiene ninguna indicación así que no hay forma de devolverlo formalmente. Después de leer todas las opiniones aquí me doy cuenta de que me han timado. Debe ser una compañía china porque el remite es de allí. Lo hago público para que sepan que son una estafa.
