They are decent please pay attention & make sure you have an understanding on how much the APR is & have a clearly understanding !!! I also think over time as loyal customers the APR should change for all loyal customers doing business … But all smiles 🙂

Could not complete the application process online for approval. I had to call into customer care center and they had to call in my bank to verify banking information. The agent asked questions, and the bank rep verified all information. After all information had been confirmed, verified and documents by recording on both ends with me listening until I was asked question, all seemed to resolve itself. I was then asked by the rep he wanted to call the bank back after disconnecting with them and I asked the strong questions, why are we calling back? I was told do reverify the information. I stated that you asked specific questions, the Bank rep answered them based on Yes/No per the question and what was asked. I received the paperwork went over the information to verify that I would be able to pay off sooner then the 1 year and was also provided that is possible that I would need to call in 3 days prior to the payment date.

Rep was very good about answering each and every one of my questions thoroughly as well as reminding me that my best option is to not pay just the minimum amount as laid out in my loan agreement or else I’d end up paying literally 10X or more than what I was given for my loan Which would be absolutely insane on my part so she kept stressing to me the importance of making more than the minimum payment as often as possible to be able to get it paid back as quickly as I can the sooner it’s paid back the less I’ll pay in finance charges I appreciate the fact that she explained everything the way she did as I’ve gotten loans before where the ppl were almost hiding how much the finance charges would be if I followed the payment schedule as outlined in the agreement which then means that the terms might not be so clear and end up with surprises coming up out of the blue down the line. The fact that the rep was very clear and concise about this being a very expensive form of credit is reassuring to me Once I pay my first loan off if I’m ever in need of emergency funds ever again later on I will def be using night winds lending as my #1 choice for quick easy loans. I think they have found a customer for life in me!!

I feel like it’s a scam cash cow trap. Loan for $1400, and they want you to repay back $8000.
