⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. I never received my order. According to DHL, the package was returned to the sender, even though we were at home during one of the days they claimed they had attempted delivery. No one came to our address. I contacted Momentgold several times asking for help and requesting that the order be resent to a different address, but I never received any reply. Good customer service is just as important as the product itself. When a shipment fails, customers expect communication and a solution. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
