Badra M.
Copenhagen - deluxe
Upon arrival at the apartment, there were shoe marks on the floor, remnants of food and stains in the kitchen, and feces stains in the toilet. It's unfortunate that these were some of the things that could be expected on the first move-in day. You think it is within your rights to ask for compensation, which the first manager agreed to, but never delivered on the promise and took months to respond. Eventually, the manager was fired, and the new manager stated that the compensation was too much. When you try to have a conversation why 100 euros is too much, when they always give out vouchers. It makes you think if Nido is doing alright, when they can`t even give out that much. The amount was only 100 euros, which is not enough for the amount of work needed to clean the apartment. And they can`t even give that to their tenants. The fire alarm goes of constantly. The constant sounding of the fire alarm is likely to have a negative impact on one's hearing. Be ready to go deaf. Even though there is a cleaner, the common areas are often not cleaned, which is unacceptable given the amount of money paid per month. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. There are cheaper and better alternatives available.
