Reception staff and managers were majorly unhelpful, not only to me but to many people I have spoken with. The rooms and kitchens were not worth the extortionate price. There are much better student accommodations with larger spaces and nicer staff for a lot less money such as Amnis House.

not worth what you pay. nothing in terms of cookware, plates, knives, forks etc. provided. pitiful clothes washing facilities. en suite rooms only reason for 2 stars

I put a 100 euros on a room and when we arrived the building wasn't completed and we had to find other housing and you never returned our deposit

My visa was delayed and I communicated to your manager, I paid 3 months accommodation and later I had to defer, I tried to get a way back in since I'm starting school this year but the reception has been terrible even though I was unable to live in Ashlin house. I was so disappointed

The biggest negative is that people need to buy all KitchenAid individually, there are no items left from previous years because everything is thrown away. At least it would be cool to have common forks, knives, plates... It is a huge waste and a big hustle for the future folks that move in. It is the worst place to stay as student. They don't have anything needed for kitchen and beeding. They charge you crazy amounts whenever they want, their contracts doesn't say anything about the cancelation process and there is one girl called Michelle whom is very rude to customers and doesn't explain anything properly, if you don't understand her, she screams at you and scold you. I came to Ireland and hate it because of Nido, now that I moved I am able to star enjoying it.

Dirty room and kitchen, administration was disorganised.
