HomePod is not working as expected
I initially had a good experience. Communication was clear before the repair, and I was told my HomePod had been successfully repaired. I paid promptly and received it back. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it still did not work. The HomePod would power on and appear for setup, but the setup process would never complete, and there was no audio output. I spent time troubleshooting the issue, including factory resetting it and trying multiple troubleshooting steps, but nothing resolved the problem. I reached out for support and followed up when I didn't hear back, but I never received a response. What is most disappointing is not just that the repair didn't solve the issue, but that there was no after-service support or communication when I asked for help. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I hope they improve their post-repair customer support and stand behind their work.
