I was TOTALLY impressed with Nic’s proficiency, attention to detail, and communication as I watched him repair my unit on YouTube. He went beyond the extra mile and fixed a couple of other small things he noticed. His email communication is very prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and will certainly use him again if needed.

I highly recommend Nic’s HomePod repair service. He’s fast, inexpensive, and transparent with his work. After shipping my HomePod to Nic, he repaired it on the day he received it and shipped it back the next day. It was very gratifying watching Nic fix my HomePod in realtime and see it actually working again on the stream. I wish more repair services handled their business as Nic does.

One of my HomePods got fried during a blackout courtesy of Hurricane Ian, and when I thought I had to buy another used one, I came across Nic's website. Sent him the unit and less than a week later got it back completely operational. Couldn't have asked for more.

Had a broken homepod that wouldn't power it on -- found out about Nic's Fix through social media. Sent it off. He repaired it the same day he received it, streamed the entire repair on youtube, and shipped it back the next day in perfect condition. The service was so good I felt bad only paying $60 + shipping, so sent him a few extra bucks. Incredible experience, can't recommend him enough. Thank you again!

First of all. Great customer service Nic repaired 6 HomePods I own. He dyed 2 of those in Red and Blue . They look amazing. I have a GMK nuc box, it was dead . He repaired and no time sent it back to me. I’m so pleased with Nic’s services, it’s good to do business with him. What I like about Nic , it’s the communication and the care for his customers. Check it out his YouTube channel. Lots of good stuff there . Thank you Nic

Was so happy to find Nic's services online to repair my HomePod. He had tons of tips from how to repair a specific issue to even how to save a couple bucks with shipping. The best part of the experience was seeing the repair happen in real time on stream. High praise!
