This has been an incredible experience! Jamie was my coach and we just clicked right away. I have grown so much in my business in all the ways, as a stylist, as an owner, and in my confidence. The entire team was behind me all the way. I would recommend this 100%!

What can I say BUT that this has been an AMAZING and transformative change in my business and my mind set. They are VERY encouraging and supportive. You are assigned your own consultant, mine is Randi <3 LOVE, LOVE how she encouraged, supported and maybe some times gave a lil push LOL My very own cheerleader. I work less, make more and my business has blossomed :) Freaked out just a bit when I signed up BUT it was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. Thank-you to ALL you ladies!!! MUCH respect <3

Taking Nicki Wildflower’s course has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my business. Her techniques completely transformed the way I approach my full custom color and extensions appointments, helping me save about an hour on every service while maintaining beautiful, high-quality results. Not only has it made me more efficient, but it’s also allowed me to work smarter—not harder—while making more money in less time. The education was practical, easy to implement, and made an immediate impact behind the chair. If you’re a stylist looking to increase your efficiency, elevate your services, and grow your income, I can’t recommend her course enough. It has truly been a game changer for me.

Working with Randi from Slice Squad has been such a positive experience for my business and my confidence as a stylist. She’s helped me so much with emotional support around raising my prices and learning how to properly charge for my time and services without guilt. She also helped me simplify and structure my menu in a way that feels so much more professional and easier for clients to understand. I feel less overwhelmed, more confident in my pricing, and more excited about the direction of my business. I’m really grateful for her guidance, support, and encouragement throughout the process. Also, I love the slice squad family, the weekly live classes are awesome, I love the tips and advice they give!

I was really fortunate to be matched with Jamie, who was very supportive, warm, and friendly. She was direct and no nonsense, too! I almost didn't join up, but since I did, I have seen growth in all areas of my business.

Max is a kind, supportive, and genuinely inspiring business coach. During our 90-day one-on-one, he met me exactly where I was and helped me build from there. He held me accountable in a way that actually worked for me, while also creating space for me to grow with confidence. Working with Max and Service Evolution Academy has completely changed the direction of my business. Since starting, my business has doubled in size, and I feel like I’ve been put on a trajectory I didn’t even know was possible. You and your business will absolutely benefit from working with Max. I can’t recommend him enough. Make the decision to invest in yourself and your business. You won’t regret it.

I have done hair for 41 years and I have never had anyone like Jamie or a company like Slice Squad Consulting to boost my confidence to be the leader I need to be! I raised my prices 30% in a very small town and I would have never done that without Jamie supporting me. I have learned so many communicating skills, technical skills to be faster and more efficient in my work. I just can say enough good things about them. I HIGHLY recommend Jamie Winkler and all of the Slice Squad Staff!

I just can’t say enough about my coach Randi. She is just awesome. In the beginning of my 90 days I had some technical difficulties. Randi was so helpful at trying to figure out what was going on and when we couldn’t figure it out. She very quickly got other team members involved. Randi helped to get focus, come with a plan and helped me to get my plan working for my business. I can honestly say this was kind of a scary thing for me to do but it was a great decision. Randi helped get myself confidents back. I’m so glad Randi is my coach. Plus all the other team members that have reached out when I’ve had struggles like Mads and Jackie. Thank you !!
