I worked individually with Adriana for over a year, and can honestly say it was worth every penny. She was persistently supportive and it made all the difference in what I've been able to accomplish in that time. I will always be grateful for that! I've learned the value of mentorship, and will never not have a mentor in my business going forward. The community of professionals involved is a huge bonus! So many great stylists with unique brands and ideas who are open to collaborate. This company and community obviously cares about growth and constantly getting better. I’m truly honored to have been a part of this incredible consulting group. Over the past year and a few months, they’ve taken me under their wing and equipped me with everything I needed to grow into a successful small business owner. Thanks to their guidance, I’ve been able to profit over $50k more than in previous years—something I never thought possible. SSC has changed my life! I got to work with Kayla S as my mentor and had Becca to recruit and explain to me all that goes into consulting. In my 90 days with SSC, I have grown so much in my mindset, as a stylist with new techniques and have started my own business as an independent suite owner. I didn’t think I’d be able to do something like this for years but with all the support I’ve gotten it’s been such a breeze. I highly recommend taking the risk and investing into yourself. Kayla was the Positive voice on my right shoulder canceling out the negative self talk on my left. This process took me a really long time, and I didn’t make it through all of the videos and content. I think because it was self-directed, 100%ADD and I’ve only ever done in person Education. SS is a very impressive company to work with, they made it so easy to navigate, the content is so extensive and challenging, which is exactly what I needed in order to grow. I’ve been doing hair a super long time and I can honestly say that Kayla, Nikki and Alyssa helped me see a brighter future in this industry that I have continued to love so much. These hair extensions are incredible and absolutely genius. Kayla kept me on track to keep practicing, she had constructive criticism, a lot of patience, and always believed in me. Every interaction I have had with the staff of SS has been positive and uplifting, everyone is so kind and I can’t wait to meet them in person. I had a great experience with SSC! I just completed 15 months and I’m so proud of where I have grown through this journey! Kayla was so great to work with! She always gave me good honest feedback, a healthy nudge when I needed it or even great ideas to help me further brainstorm what I was working on for myself, my salon or my team of stylists! I really felt like Kayla listened and offered great help anytime I needed it! I also worked closely with Delora for a while and she was super easy to connect with as well! All in all, I had a great experience! My only wish that I would change is that I could take some of the videos that’s really resonated with me to re-watch if I ever needed to. But I totally understand why I can’t! They have tried to cover every topic imaginable for our industry and then some, I was always impressed with the catalog of topics to choose from at any time. Investing in myself was so worth it and I totally recommend taking the time to give back to yourself, no regrets ever!

I’ve been a stylist working on my own for 23 years. The marketing tools I used to grow my business 20+ years ago weren’t working for me anymore so my business became stagnant and wasn’t growing. Enter Slice Squad and Stephanie with their knowledge on how to grow a business in this modern world of social media etc. Stephanie has brought so many creative and innovative ideas to my business that I have been able to implement to grow, things I would never have thought of on my own. Stephanie brings a passion and empathy to the work she does and makes difficult things, like being consistent in marketing and social media, a little more palatable so that things can get done. I am moving out of town in a few months and will have to start my business anew from ground zero. I have been so impressed with Stephanie and Slice Squad that I am strongly considering adding another 90 days of consulting to my business so that I can grow a strong business in my new town. I completely trust this company for all my business needs.
