It's been almost four months since I ordered a shirt for my dad, and still no shirt. I've asked for a refund, and now they have just told me that it's been put in the batch, so I can't get a refund even though the product hasn't been made. Overall, it's been a really awful experience, and I definitely will not be purchasing from them again. The order process does not tell you how long it will take, and I just found out it would be eight to ten weeks, but my order has been "processed" for twelve weeks. They gave no order updates. They said they are not able to give updates due to their system.

I ordered 5 shirts, 2 of them have really great original art and designs but the other 3 are not great. You can barely see the images and they look like clip art pasted over each other. It’s very weird to get 2 great ones and 3 that are a complete waste of money. I would not buy again.

My daughter ordered a sweatshirt for her dad. A large sweatshirt, it arrived with small print. I just wanted her money back as it was very expensive for a sweatshirt. Instead customer service sent another sweatshirt. Sadly the exact same as the first one. We won't order from Nice Shirts again.

I ordered shirt almost 2 weeks ago and per their customer support team. Still in processing phase (printing). Gave them 2 stars because customer service response was within hours of contact.

Ordered my birthday shirt for my birthday on the 24th of september!!! can not even track it! You had no problem with getting your money! Please send me my shirt, or credit my money back!!!

I ordered my shirt a month before my birthday, but it didn't arrive until the week after my birthday. I'm still gonna wear my shirt, because I paid for it. Just wanted to wear it on my birthday, which was July 15.
