My shirt was never received and customer service is nonexistant. I get emails asking me to review a product I never received.

I ordered a shirt in October of 2025 and am still waiting for it to arrive. I was trying to get it for Christmas but am still waiting. They’ve said they shipped it on the 12th of January, I am still waiting. Extremely disappointing as I had heard great things about this company.

Ordered two custom shirts in October 2025. Didn’t receive them until after Christmas. I was aware that this shirt company uses AI to create a custom graphic. To that end, I was asked to write descriptors which I guess I assumed the company would cut and paste into their preferred AI platform. What I received are graphics that didn’t even line up with the info I provided. Plus the graphics are really old school clip art-ish. Not that unique at all. Super disappointed with the cost as well as the product received.

Awful!!! Just awful. Looks like they use the free versions on AI to make the images. $32 for a shirt that went right in the garbage.

Waited 10 weeks for them to send me a design that I could’ve made. And the color from my reference photos were completely off. To be fair, the time is 8-10 weeks, but it sucked to wait that long for a design that was so off base and of such poor quality. The customer service representative was nice and responsive, but couldn’t do anything because it’s up to the artist discretion. Didn’t realize I was paying $30 for an “artist” to use ClipArt… As fun as the shirts on TikTok are, please save your money. I hope they’re able to change their return and exchange policy, or at least get a better quality control team to avoid having to go back and forth like I did.

I’m understood that it would take a while to get to me (8 weeks) and was extremely disappointed with the results. Looked like it was made from clip art and barely followed the prompt. Things I see online have it being shipped with a paper of your prompt but I never got one. The hoodie was poor quality, but for the price with also having to pay an artist that is to be expected.

Absolute trash!! I ordered on 11/20 and just received the shirt today, 2/2. If that were the only issue I’d still be displeased but the shirt itself is not even creative. It’s all pixelated and honestly I could have done this myself. I’ll be bad mouthing this company until the day I die.
