I ordered a shirt on April 10, they took the money out immediately. They dont have a phone number. And as of April 29, 2020, still no shirt or my money back. Every time I send an email to them I get undelivered response back. Terrible. This company is terrible and hopefully no one will order from them.

Order is late, gave me the run around and they had the nerve to use dhl vs usps dhl is the worst carrier.... this was a gift I ordered too never again!!!!!!!!

I ordered the "Stepping into 55 Like a Boss" tshirt and received "January Queen I am who I am Your Approval is not needed". My birthday is in June I did not order this tshirt. contacted customer service and was told that the items were not approved for exchange or refund and that the item matched the campaign and that no further compensation could be given. Very unhappy with this company right now. I know what I ordered.

Never again!! I ordered a shirt in large. It looks as though it is kid size! I wrote to them for a refund. They said we dont do refunds or exchanges but feel free to fill out a claim form for a replacement! And the buyer pays the shipping cost too!!!! Why would i want a replacement? To get another shirt that doesn't fit??? I dont buy the bs that the shirts are custom made either.
