I was looking for something very specific and had to Google what I was looking for. Nicetown popped up and I was so excited! I had two places I needed coverage for sight and sound where a door wasn't feasible. Orders came on time and were exactly as advertised. Exceeded expectations as I had not heard of this little company before. Will use again for other products.

Great experience ordering from Nicetown. I got custom curtains, and accidentally ordered one panel instead of two, so they came in two separate orders. Both shipped quickly and the curtains are great quality. I received a tie back with one and not the other, and customer service was super helpful, quick to respond, and offered to send me another one. Definitely recommend.

I purchased two sets of 4 layer blackout/thermal insulated drapes. I was impressed with how quickly they arrived, knowing that they came from China. They are well made and quite handsome. I bought them for their thermal qualities. But, since winter is over I'll have to wait until next year to evaluate their effect on my heating bill. I have no doubt that they will help. I was pleasantly surprised to see that included with my order were 'tie-backs', those strips of cloth that are used to hold the drapes open. The only complaint I have, and it is a minor one, is that they are all the same size. One of the sets I ordered have two panels that are 61" each while the panels of the second set are each 108". The tie-backs work with the shorter set but are a bit tight. They are definitely too short for the longer set. I'll have to figure out something for them. Overall, I am happy with my drapes and would recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a good looking, durable drapery.

I requested samples that were delivered within just a few days free of charge. Amy was very helpful in answering questions on my very large order. She caught a mistake that I made on my order and clarified with me before placing the order. The 4 layer curtains were exactly as described on the website. I was impressed by the speed in which my orders were completed and delivered. I would order again.

We received our curtains very quickly even if we are in Canada. They are just perfect. It’s a lot more than what I expected. Can’t be better. We will order more and surely recommend to anyone. Martin
