Great posters & great customer service

First of all, this product line is amasing! What a godsend! It really saved my butt this past Christmas! My best friend's daughter died from cancer at the age of 21, so I no longer feel like I can give him the newest iPhone or the latest beard trimmer or a boxed set of DVDs, I know the only thing he wants is his daughter back, so Nice Movie Posters allowed me to do the next best thing and honour her memory. The quality of the final product was phenomenal, and everyone who's seen the two posters I had made has marvelled at both their craftsmanship and the thoughtfulness/uniqueness. I only have two complaints: the page where you fill out what copy you want to go on the poster is not intuitive or user friendly, and the formatting on the poster I received did not match the formatting on their web page for that poster (for example, the tagline is horisontally centered on the example poster on their web page, but the version they did for me had it off-center—I would assume if something is centered on the template, it would be centered on the final version I receive). Unfortunately, it was getting too close to the deadline to ask to have this fixed and still have the posters arrive in time for Christmas, so I let it go, but it really bugs me. Other than that, though, they were great about making fixes and understanding my instructions, and they just did a brilliant job converting my photos into the images on the poster. HIghly recommended, just give yourself some extra time in case you need to ask for changes.

These guys are great, they took our photos and made it into the perfect poster. Their customer service was unmatched and went out of their way to make sure that the job was done just right. We will definitely be using them again.
