TOTAL SCAM. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 piggybanks in late Nov '23. Still waiting for them to arrive. I've been in contact via email 5 times and get an excuse each time. Have repeatedly asked for a refund to no avail. DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! SCAMMERS!!!

Total Scam……still waiting for 4 piggy banks that were order in November for Christmas. My bad for not researching before I ordered. As others have stated customer service is useless. Never again will I order from a Facebook add😡

I ordered 4 banks for Christmas. Needless to say, it is Jan 7 and I still have not received them. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Now I can't get in touch with them for a refund.

I placed my order on Oct 22, 2023 for 7 piggy banks and I am still waiting as well. Their customer service system isn't helpful and keep getting the run around. I have a tracking number that I have tried emailing their customer service with the response "your package is in Dawson City Canada - received on Nov 19, 2023 - no updates since. I think this is possibly a scam. Buyer beware. I will be addressing with my credit card company.

I've been waiting for 2 months to receive piggy banks from this website. I ordered 9 for the grandkids. I'm not sure if this website is a scam or not. But I'm starting to think I've been taken advantage of. Be careful when ordering.
