0 Stars – Avoid This Company I paid $39 USD for a dress that arrived looking nothing like it was advertised online, and on top of that, it didn’t fit. The return process has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. First, it took four emails just to get them to acknowledge my concern. They kept insisting I received exactly what I ordered. I never disputed that I received an order. My issue was that the product was poor quality, did not match the online photos, and wasn’t as advertised. Instead of honoring a reasonable return, they started offering partial refunds: * $4 * then $6 * then $8 After that, they simply stopped increasing the offer and repeatedly sent messages saying things like, “Please don’t be angry, we’re trying to help you,” while completely ignoring my actual questions and refusing to provide a real solution. Now they’ve stopped responding to my emails altogether. The moral of the story: * Poor quality product. * Even worse customer service. * A return policy that appears designed to wear customers down rather than resolve legitimate issues. 0 stars. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and shop somewhere that stands behind its products.

The problem I have is the plug it has flat luggs I live in Spain and we have round plugs so untill I find away to change the plug I can't use it

I, on a whim purchased a dress from Nicebele I saw on face book. A short time later but the same day, I sent an email to cancel the purchase. That was May 8, 2026. I tried and tried to contact them but got no response. Then I received notice of shipping of same dress from another company. I contacted Nicebele again on May 13th and sent all pertinent data I.e. invoice, shipping docs, etc. They said it wasn’t them and that my order from them had not been shipped yet. I told them I had cancelled the order the same day I purchased and for them to cancel the order. It hadn’t been shipped so what was the problem. On May 18 I received an email from them that the dress was at customs in Italy being shipped to me. I again sent an email that I was contacting PayPal and my bank’s fraud department. I’m refusing at the door (which I told them) if it is delivered to me but of course as shipping companies leave items at your door I might not catch them. I’m done with online shopping from ads I see on FB. I will check company out and check reviews if I’m new to the company!!

Do not buy from these people. Just like other reviewers, my products were useless, unwearable and they offered me $4 after numerous emails. I wanted a full refund they told me to keep the garments as it would take months to do a refund and the case must be reviewed internally. They give online shopping a bad name. Buyers be warned. There products are terrible and customer service a big ripoff.

Poorest service ever , lack of communication on delivery and shipping. No way to contact anyone but through email.. mis leading on eta ..

The order came. It was incomplete so useless. The customer service told me i could have 5 dollars reduction but as it's useless it won't do. I have been mailing thé customer service for 2 days now. I guess it is AI- staffed. Terrible policy.

If a zero was available, this is what they would get. I ordered artificial flowers. I never received the order. I continously checked the tracking so I would know when to expect my package. I watched it go through customs & other facilities. Then all of a sudden on Feb 5th, it claims my order was delivered on the same day it was in customs. After many emails I get the same exact message ever time- "check with your neighbors, look around your house, check under bushes, check with the post office". The post office has no way of checking the routing number this company has issued. Sounds to me like this is a scam, I wonder how many other people have lost their money too. I've asked for a refund, looks like I'm out of $60. Buyer Beware!

If I had the opportunity to give 0 Stars I would. It has been two months and the one item I ordered has not been delivered. Numerous emails to alleviate the issue have failed. Customer service refuses to ship replacement or refund purchase price. I assume all the “good” reviews are fake.
