Great product!! I was getting my 100mg nicotine from Nicotine Giant. It was hit or miss. I was skeptical from the negative reviews, but the nicotine, even being shipped on the hottest week of summer, was clear as can be and had 0 pepper smell. If you make your own e-liquid, you know what I’m referring to. This came in a nitrogen sealed container with plastic bubble wrap to insulate it. Nicotine is becoming harder and harder to find, so I suggest ordering a large bottle like I did.

Received a large amount of deep red base from them. Knowing nothing at the time, I thought "cool, that's a nice color". However, all the juices I made sucked and I came to the conclusion that I sucked at making juices. But after a while, I tried with a base from a different supplier (vape craft), and found that I'm actually amazing at making juices, because the base nicbase sold me was super oxidized, tasted like fish, and was unusable. That's what the deep red color was.

If there were an option to rate zero, I would. I don't know why, but they don't respond to emails or phone calls. My orders were made over a week ago, ups still don't have the packages. What did nicbase do with them? Can't get any response, but the money has been taken out of my card. Poor service, feels like theft.

Worst customer service ever seen!

I'm not sure why anyone would ever give a bad review for this company unless they are against vaping and writing bad reviews on purpose. I have made several orders from this company, all shipped fast, like the same day. The nicotine has always been high quality and if i ever had any questions i was able to call and get someone one the phone quickly. All the conversations i have had with them were very helpful and professional. This is a top notch company and still going strong despite all the intervention from those against vaping and nicotine including the government. I would never hesitate to place an order with them ever.

Ordered Multiple times over the past years and never had any issues

Super fast shipping. Great pricing. Everything was as I ordered.

This company is weird. They have awful communication and don’t respond to emails. They assure you that you’ll receive your order, to get you to buy their stuff only to wait 3/4 days for your item to ship and then even if you buy 2 day/1 day shipping, it will still take a week. They drop it off at UPS access points, for some reason not an actual UPS store which would make more sense than an access point. It’s just them being lazy and having no sense or urgency as if the people who pay for their product don’t keep them in business. I’d not shop here, if you do DO NOT pay $40 to get 1 day air because they’ll take it to an access point and it’ll take forever to get it. I’ll likely never come here again. They’re full of sh*t and unhelpful and slow.
