Danish-American founder Jannik Olander started Nialaya as a tribute to a Shaman he met on a life-changing journey through India. Not only are the pieces exceptionally well made, aesthetically spectacular, the customer service is beyond exceptional. I had a query about a product I purchased before it was shipped. I sent an email and the email was responded to in record time and the issue was resolved soon after without a hitch might I add.
