About Nialaya Jewelry

Danish-American founder Jannik Olander started Nialaya as a tribute to a Shaman he met on a life-changing journey through India. Inspired by spiritual insight and a deep belief in energy healing, he returned to Los Angeles with a vision: to create meaningful jewelry that channels personal power and intention.Rooted in a “Handmade in Hollywood” ethos, every Nialaya piece is crafted by hand in the brand’s Los Angeles studio using carefully selected pearls, gemstones, beads, sterling silver, stainless steel, leather, and precious stones. What began as a small collection sold to a renowned boutique in Beverly Hills quickly caught the attention of Hollywood’s elite. Nialaya soon became one of the most celebrity-endorsed jewelry brands in the world.Since opening its flagship store at 8215 Melrose Avenue in 2010, Nialaya has grown into a globally recognized name. From Los Angeles to Tokyo, its bold, boho-luxe designs have become symbols of individuality, style, and spiritual depth — more than jewelry, they are statements of purpose.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience at Nialaya Jewelry. Linda and Mathias truly took their time with me and made the entire process feel easy and personal. There was absolutely no rush — just real, thoughtful help and great conversation. They were both incredibly cool, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I found exactly what I wanted. This is how luxury shopping should feel. Highly recommend asking for Linda & Mathias.

Excellent Customer Service and Quality
I buy most of my jewelry from high end retailers like DY and JH. Before buying pieces from Nialaya, I wanted to actually see the rings and bracelets, try them on and assess the quality. So, I visited their Melrose store. From the moment that I entered the store, the representative was welcoming and professional. I described what I was looking for and he pulled pieces that were exactly what I was envisioning. Both rings that I bought were uniquely designed, fit perfectly and the quality was excellent. One of the bracelets that I selected - with hexagonal beads - was priced at about 1/3rd of what I would pay for a similar bracelet at DY or JH. Overall, my experience with Nialaya was outstanding. I will definitely be back and purchase more pieces from them!

Dear Mr Reed, Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words. They truly mean a lot to us. We are big admirers of both David Yurman and John Hardy, so being compared to them—and mentioned in the same breath—is a real honor. Our goal has always been to create cool, fashionable yet timeless designs with the same high level of quality, while keeping our pieces a bit more accessible and wearable for everyday life. We’re especially happy to hear that your in-store experience on Melrose met your expectations, from the service to the fit and craftsmanship of the pieces you selected. Knowing that the designs, quality, and value resonated with you makes all the work behind the scenes worth it. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate it and hope to welcome you back soon—either online or at our Melrose flagship. Happy Holidays from your friends at Nialaya Jewelry.

Mathias was very kind and helpful and I have been following this brand for awhile and finally made it to the LA boutique to check out the sizing and quality and I was not disappointed. As an avid jewelry wearer I was in heaven and found multiple products that were my style. 5 ✨
