Danish-American founder Jannik Olander started Nialaya as a tribute to a Shaman he met on a life-changing journey through India. Great products and wonderful customer service
I’m happy I’ve finally found a great jewelry shop online since it’s been very hit and miss for me until now. You can tell these pieces are really up to standard. As for customer service they're one of the best I have experienced. On one order a ring was out of stock and I could pick a new ring to replace it with. I was also looking for another specific ring which wasn't available on the site. The CEO told me he still had one in the store and sent me a personal link so I could buy it. Amazing customer service.

Great service
I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Nialaya. Always high quality and standout designs. There has only been one time when the product (a custom design) did not match my expectations but I received the best help from their CEO Jannik. He made sure I got a replacement (for free) and it all ended up just perfect. I will definitely buy more Nialaya jewelry in the future.

Bought a nice men´s bracelet on their homepage/webshop last week and received it already. Just as beautiful as on the pictures! Really nice experience unboxing it as well...Super cool packaging. Will 100% visit their shop on my next visit to LA. thanks for the fast shipping and top service.

Great products, superb customer support.
After a lovely ring that I purchased developed a problem requiring repair, and the ring getting lost when the shipping company destroyed its packaging, Nialaya stepped up and went the extra mile to help. I cannot recommend them too highly, and hope to make many more purchases.

Very happy with customer service after all
Changing my review since I made the experience of a very good and highly recommended customer service after all. The company owner contacted me directly and did everything possible to help me change my order to what I needed. He apologized so many times, all though it was not really his mistake.
