Sally, we're truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this experience caused. We understand why receiving a hot ice pack with your probiotics would be concerning. According to the manufacturer, the product can tolerate short-term heat exposure, but we understand that doesn’t make the experience any less concerning when you’re expecting a refrigerated product to arrive cold. We also recognize that having the option to purchase additional ice packs would provide more peace of mind, especially during warmer weather. While we don’t currently offer that option, it’s something we will certainly take into consideration. Most importantly, we’re sorry that you did not receive a follow-up in a timely manner. We are currently investigating why this happened.
