Natural Health Co.Shop Now NHC started in 2004, when our founder opened a nutrition counseling practice out of her home. As a certified nutritionist, she recommended only the most prestigious, professional supplement brands, products built on the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy, so her clients could feel confident in every recommendation.Over twenty years, we've watched the industry grow more crowded and harder to navigate: endless products, conflicting information, and less real guidance behind any of it. We firmly believe our customers deserve real information to identify their goals, health gaps, and a targeted solution. That's why NHC exists. All products are vetted with the same rigor our founder brought to her first recommendations, and every customer has access to expert guidance from our on staff Licensed Healthcare Practitioners and exceptional service from our fast, knowledgeable customer support team. This is who we are: Your Trusted Partner in Health

Somehow an order went through on my phone without verifying it because my information was saved. I wish your website offered a way to cancel an order shortly after it was placed in case this happens or the wrong address was typed in because it went off of the default(this happened last time because I travel a lot).

I have sent several emails regarding 3 credits I was not issued. You say it’ll come up, that I can claim them, when I check out, but the option never comes up, not on recent orders that I’ve had. And no one answers my emails, or maybe a “Bot” does, that doesn’t even understand the question enough to answer it probably. I hope this helps and hope you do something about the credits due.

Good products, fair prices. What really, really annoys me is the constant pressure to subscribe. I feel like I'm being coerced or tricked into that instead of it being an option. It seems at every point during checkout I have to verify I do NOT want to subscribe. I know other companies do it too, but never have I experienced that push as much as at NHC.

You are out of stock of a digestive supplement that I've gotten forever from you. I'm leaving on a trip and hesitate to use something brand new from another store. I was very disappointed that you were out of stock.

Delivery Service is not within the stated 5 to 7 business days. My last 2 orders took 17 and 11 business days to get to me. I emailed and called NHC to report the problem. Because I did not get my order in the promised time, I had to buy the products I had in my order from a local company at a much higher rate. I was extremely dissatisfied with your delivery service.

When the virtual assistance sent me to my email to do the check out, it was not accessible with my Jaws screen reader. Would really like this to work for me. Thanks.

Thank you for letting us know. Finding what you need should be one of the easiest parts of shopping with NHC, so we’re sorry the search experience has made that more difficult. We appreciate you pointing this out and will share the feedback with our team.
