Ngage is a quality chat service. They are very reliable and they treat our clients very professionally. There may be cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for. I have used them for over 5 years. I’ll stay with Ngage.

I have used Ngage for over 10 years now and I have always been very happy with their service. The live chat representatives are very professional when speaking with potential contacts and they do a great job of capturing the relevant information. I would highly recommend Ngage to anyone considering a live chat service for their website.

The best chat service! FRANCKEL & PLEVY, LLP is a personal injury law firm in New York and we have been using Ngage on our 3 websites for several years. Although people usually call 1-800-HURT-911, sometimes they will use chat during office hours and often use chat after hours. Don't bother with contact forms. Potential clients want chat. Ngage delivers! Philip L. Franckel, Esq. 1-800-HURT-911®
