I’ve been in the mortgage business for a long time, and I’ve worked with A LOT of lenders, vendors, banks, HELOC providers, etc. So when I say NFTYDoor has impressed me, I mean it. These guys are really, really good. The technology is fantastic, the process is fast, and somehow they managed to combine fintech with something mortgage companies occasionally forget exists: Actual human beings who answer the phone. 😂 I’ve had NFTYDoor transactions move incredibly fast, including deals that probably had no business moving that quickly. Their ability to handle real-world scenarios without turning every file into a 47-email scavenger hunt is a beautiful thing. But honestly, the biggest thing that stands out is the NFTY team. Tim Rowen is an absolute animal. The guy knows mortgage, knows sales, knows how to work with originators, and somehow has enough energy to make the rest of us look like we need another cup of coffee. Seth Cohen was great to finally meet in person. You can tell these guys are genuinely excited about what they're building, and it's contagious. And then there's Chase Pfeffer, my relationship manager, who has been awesome to work with. Responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and actually interested in helping me grow my business rather than just checking a box and disappearing into the corporate fog. That's what I think NFTYDoor gets right. They're not just building a home equity product. They're building something that actually helps mortgage originators compete and serve their clients better. As an LO, I want options. I want speed. I want technology that works. I want people who answer when I need them. And I want a lender who understands that sometimes a loan file decides to become a complete dumpster fire at 4:47 PM on a Friday. 😂 NFTYDoor has delivered. I've become a legitimate believer in what these guys are building, and after meeting more of the team, I'm even more impressed by the people behind the company. Great product. Great technology. Great people. And apparently they don't mind hanging around mortgage people all day, which should probably qualify them for hazard pay. Keep doing what you're doing, NFTYDoor. 5 stars all day.
