The whole experience was very poor....they don't answer questions, your always talking to someone different...they dont explain anything..I filled out docs 4 different times because they couldn't find them...they sent ck to my house because they couldnt find bank information I gave them...I found ck on sidewalk in front of my house. I had to deposit it into my account..now Iam paying interest on the whole loan until I can transfer it to Shellpoint! Not fair, negligent company!

I will echo the last couple of people who have had bad experiences with this company. Very AI-driven, had no customer support, and their income numbers for our loan were way off, which put our DTI ratio at a ridiculous 77% (it's not). Simply put, this is the worst experience one could have in securing a loan. This is a division of Homebridge. They are getting a review today as well.

This company is an AI company without human customer service. It advertised a 5 day HELOC loan for us but despite our excellent credit, income and assets in 28 days it was still not accomplished. We missed two closing dates on our property and eventually had to borrow from family members and cancel this loan to obtain our property. Using this company was the worst experience we have ever had with a loaning agent. Do NOT use this company.

inflated rates, zero zero communication, you will be in the dark the whole time with no idea what is going on, there is noone at all to guide you

I can't get their website to work. I was referred by a loan agent we work with. When I get to the website, it asks for the street address of the property. I start to type it in (was only able to enter the first two digits of the house number), and then get a "searching" message. Then the whole screen goes blank, and stays that way for several minutes. I've left the website two times and come back in to see if that makes a difference, with the same result. How do they expect people to do business with them, when you can't even get started with giving them the information they need?
