Review UPDATE
I don't see a way to revise or reply to my review from a few days ago, so here's an update: I did some digging and found a phone number for customer support, 678-727-8607. I left a voicemail. They called back same day and were AMAZING. Very professional, very helpful. Situation resolved quickly. My previous issues were related to I.T. issues which they are working on resolving. Thanks!

Hello, and thank you for coming back to update this. Very few people do, and we appreciate it. We are glad the team sorted it quickly once you reached them. The part we take from your review is that you had to go digging to find a phone number in the first place, which is not something a customer should have to do. It is published now: (678) 727-8607. Thank you for the patience and for saying so publicly. Nfinity Athletic
