I also have had a terrible experience with this company. I sent back my 150$ shoes for an exchange, they charged me for shipping, but never sent back the 150$ pair of shoes I paid for. I have reached out several times. No reply, no answer. I highly recommend NOT USING this company.

First I signed up for 10% discount which I didn't get so I contacted them and they issued a 10% refund which never landed in my bank account. Then one bag arrives instead of two. I get slow unhelpful responses that it will be looked into but no one comes back to me with anything useful. I contact them on insta and get rude responses to check my ticket which still has nothing useful about the refund or missing bag. either way I am out £90 and no one seams to care. I have sent photos of the delivery and delivery note which states Qty 1. I don't know what else to do.

Been waiting for backpack and socks since November 12th! It's January 25th. No email explaining delay only when I contacted them they responded! Still no backpack, was told all sales are final! Will be contacting Visa company, we'll see if that can get my money back. Don't order from this site! Got shoes faster from Omni Cheer

Hi Kenneth, Thank you for reaching out. We looked into your order and did notice that the shoes were delivered without delay. As far as the other items, gym coaches will work with one of our sales reps and should always reach out them directly. Going forward we will communicate with the reps and the coaches to make sure they know how the process works. In this case, the sales rep did a replacement order for the socks, #602784, once your coach reached out, and offered alternatives on the backpack. The bag you wanted is currently backordered, and the rep will keep your coach in the loop as to when the item is restocked. Back pack ordered 12/3/22 express was shipped from nfinity 12/7 got to local fedex warehouse been sitting there since 12/9. Today is 1/11/23 I’ve been emailing nifinity never received an response .Took a visit to warehouse on Howell Mill I was told to purchase another back pack which I did because first competition is Saturdays 1/14/23 and I the customer would have to take it up with fedex not them once back packs ships out they received payment and if the carrier whom they have an contract with fail to deliver basically it’s the customers issues. Who ever owns this establishment is going straight to hell. Another horrible review for your ability to not care and going above and beyond

Hello Kenya - We’re very sorry your order was lost in transit. Each Nfinity order automatically is protected with shipping insurance via Route Protection. Customers have the option to opt out (via removing it from the cart at checkout), thus refusing protection, and we noted that you did in fact opt out of protection at the time of purchase. We could not find a ticket or email showing that anyone had reached out about your order, please forward any that you have. Worst experience ever! No person to contact only a “bot” & emails that they never respond to. This can not possibly be legal. Been trying to get the correct shoes since May 2022. It is now End is Sept!! Insanity!!

Ordered shoes 6 weeks ago. Contacted customer service at 3 weeks asking why there was such a delay. They stated they had shipping delays due to “Covid 10” and that I’d get an email with tracking number when they shipped. 3 weeks later, still no shipping. I contacted requesting refund and haven’t received a response. Filed a claim with PayPal. Incidentally, I ordered cheer shoes from a competitor after we finally gave up on them ever shipping and they have already shipped (within 2 days of me placing the order) I will never order from this company again.

I usually don’t do reviews…….However, I’m Very Disappointed!!!!! Being that I’m a loyal customer every year to purchase new cheer shoes and this year I ordered my daughter cheer shoes & she has only worn they three times to practice only & only in gym. The shoe is coming apart. I’ve emailed customer service on 8/12 & haven’t received a response as of today 8/20. Poor customer service/response time, and poor quality of shoe. Be aware, NO REFUND IF THE SHOE IS WORN, NO REFUND ONLY STORE CREDIT WITHIN 30 DAYS, HOWEVER, THATS IF YOU RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN A TIMELY FASHION. YOU DONT KNOW ANY IF THIS UNLESS YOU NEED TO RETURN A ITEM OR HAVE QUESTIONS. YOU CAN ONLY EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
