This review is strictly for the agent I spoke with, Joseph P. I'm still a little worried about whether this is a good financial move. But Joseph P was great. He was extremely patient and kind and explained clearly the way things will work. He took time to answer all my many questions on June 3, when we first spoke, and again today when I called with more questions. He remained professional and courteous throughout both calls and is very knowledgeable about his organization's services..

Randy Brako was knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. So happy I was able to talk to him regarding my issues. We developed a solution and it was a pleasure talking to him.

7/24/2026**UPDATE** OMG... they let the ball drop again. I gave Steven verbal authorization to move forward with the payment, and the additional funds have already started being debited. They did send an email around the same time asking me to reply "yes" to approve the account, but I honestly believed my verbal authorization was sufficient since the withdrawals had already begun. What is most frustrating is that there was no follow-up to let me know they were still waiting on that email confirmation. A simple phone call or email could have prevented all of this. Ironically, if one of my payments doesn't clear, they have no problem contacting me immediately, and I always correct it as soon as possible. Instead, I received a letter from the Sheriff's Office stating that my bank account has been garnished with a hold of over $10,000. This entire situation feels completely avoidable with better communication, and I'm extremely disappointed that it was allowed to get this far. 6/5/2026 **UPDATE** I wanted to provide an update regarding my experience with Steven and National Fidelity Financial. While I was initially frustrated with the communication surrounding a creditor issue and civil judgment matter, I am pleased to say that the situation was ultimately resolved satisfactorily. Steven took the time to address my concerns, review the documentation I had provided, and work toward a positive outcome. I appreciate the efforts made to resolve the matter and the professionalism shown throughout the process. The results achieved have given me confidence that my concerns were taken seriously and handled appropriately. Thank you to Steven and the team at National Fidelity Financial for seeing this through and helping bring the matter to a successful resolution. I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and service I received. I submitted legal documentation regarding a specific creditor and followed up multiple times, including notifying them of a civil judgment well before the court date. Despite providing all the necessary information and making repeated attempts to get updates, there was little sense of urgency and very poor communication throughout the process. It's frustrating that notifications seem to be sent quickly when there is an issue with payments, yet important matters affecting a client's account do not receive the same attention. I expected a more proactive and responsive approach, especially when legal matters were involved. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling ignored and unsupported.

Randy did an excellent job explaining how I am able to pay off my debt in a shorter time period than I had previously thought that matched my budget.
